PROJECT DESIGN COORDINATOR/MANAGER

The Project Design [Coordinator/Manager] is responsible for the review and evaluation of project shop drawings and design packages. This role requires having the confidence and ability to manage designs related to various projects at different stages, providing technical feedback and identify design risks or opportunities. The Project Design [Coordinator/Manager] will partner with Project Managers to ensure drawings support feasible constructability, cost efficiency, and design optimization. Beyond evaluating for accuracy and alignment with production standards, the Project Design [Coordinator/Manager] will detail drawings using design software. The Project Design [Coordinator/Manager] is also responsible for the client experience, positive promotion of the Company's image and maintaining the highest level of ethics and standards.

PROPERTY MANAGER

The Property Manager is responsible for supporting clients through our ‘Beyond the Build’ program, ensuring their needs are not just met but exceed expectations. This role requires having the confidence and ability to coordinate multiple details in a timely manner, partnering with both internal and external team members to carry out the client project or request. Our ‘Beyond the Build’ Team works with a dedicated field-based Service Technician, while calling on additional field staff and subcontractors where needed to reach a successful resolution or result. Site SUPERVISOR

The Site Supervisor is the primary onsite manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the construction aspects of a project from permits through to completion. This role requires having the confidence and ability to oversee multiple teams, including Pyramid employees, Subcontractors, & County representatives daily. The Site Supervisor will partner with an office-based Project Manager in order to ensure the work is performed accurately and cost effectively with the highest level of quality.

PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative aspects of project, from permits through to completion, managing one or more at a time. This role requires having the confidence and ability to coordinate multiple details with various team members including the Client, Architect, Vendors, & Subcontractors on a daily basis. The Project Manager partners with a dedicated field-based Site Supervisor for each project in order to allow the work to be performed accurately and expeditiously with the highest level of quality while managing budget and schedule expectations. SERVICE TECHNICIAN

The Service Technician is responsible for carpentry, including interior trim, drywall, painting, and hardware and appliance repair. This role also requires basic repair skills including door replacements, installing cabinet hardware, and general maintenance. Carpenter

The Carpenter is responsible for all aspects of custom carpentry, including rough framing, setting windows, doors, & hardware, exterior trim & soffit work, interior running trim, and site manufactured casework. This role requires having the confidence and ability to work under the direction of the Site Supervisor and with multiple Pyramid & Subcontractor teams on a daily basis in order to follow through on the expectations set. Meeting and exceeding company goals for quality execution, efficiency & productivity, as well as customer service, is something you strive for every day. Schedule flexibility, including some evenings and weekends, may be required to accommodate schedules and meeting deadlines.
