We employ a full-time staff of more than forty-five people, many who have been with the company for over a decade. Our field staff is headed up by six site supervisors who average over 20 years of construction experience each. We always dedicate a full-time site supervisor to each project. He spends all day, every day on the same job, making sure that nothing is overlooked. We employ a large group of skilled carpenters, painters, tile setters, stucco workers and masons. We also employ an excavator and a team of general-purpose construction workers as well as a full-time cabinetmaker and helper who work in the Pyramid cabinet shop. This is in contrast to many builders who subcontract out most or all of their work. We believe that the critical phases of foundations, carpentry, and finish work all must be done by in-house personnel in order to achieve the absolute highest level of quality possible.

Our office staff includes five professional project managers, a home services manager, a controller, and Bret Anderson, the owner. The project managers "build the project on paper" before turning the information over to the Site Supervisor. Bret Anderson spends the first half of every day conducting site visits, and spends the second half of the day coordinating with the office project managers. This multi-tiered management approach is the key to Pyramid Builders' success. Every project has three Pyramid employees dedicated to its daily management. This approach allows us to quickly respond to homeowner and architect requirements while ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner. Our home services manager focuses exclusively on providing care for our clients after they have taken possession of their new Pyramid home.

We have long-standing relationships with top quality subcontractors in each field of specialization. Our subcontractors are all required to meet the same high standards of quality and professionalism as our employees. Several of our subcontractors have "Pyramid Only" staff which they use exclusively on our projects.
