• Estimator: Will be responsible for overseeing all estimating operations at Pyramid, including estimating both new residential construction projects and renovations. Will be supported by office-based Project Managers when building estimates. Must have strong, proven experience estimating high-end architecturally-designed custom residential work. Successful candidate will be an experienced estimator, have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, dedication to quality, and extensive Excel experience. Our estimates are all-inclusive and require that every component part of each project be priced for both material and labor. We have an extensive system in-place that allows us to efficiently and accurately price out large jobs using a team leader (estimator) and ancillary support (Project Managers). • Project Manager: Will be responsible for overseeing all business aspects of residential construction projects. Will work in close conjunction with the Site Supervisors. A successful project manager will be very detail-oriented, possess exceptional communication skills, be adept at uncovering issues and quickly resolving them, and will be the main liaison between the Architect, the Client, and the Site Supervisor. All scheduling, ordering of materials, specification resolution, budget control, and progress meetings are controlled by the Project Manager. Strong Excel skills a requirement for this position. • Carpenter: Will be responsible for all aspects of custom carpentry, including rough framing, exterior trim and soffit work, interior trim, site-manufactured casework and built-ins, and stair construction. Successful candidate will be an experienced carpenter and have an excellent work ethic, dedication to quality, and experience with high-end architectural work.

• Cabinetmaker's Helper: The successful candidate will be hard-working, quick to learn, and interested in becoming a master cabinetmaker, learning the trade as an apprentice from a highly skilled professional. Shop work will be done in Pyramid's shop, and installations will be done at all new construction sites. This is a unique opportunity to learn how to build cabinetry at the highest level for discerning clients. (1 position available)
